I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and now working as an Intensive Care Unit Nurse here in Saudi Arabia for almost two years.
I am planning to move my nursing career further in Ireland. I have paid the €350 assessment fee with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) and the accounts department already provided me with a pin and advised me to wait for the delivery of my application pack.
The assessment fee was processed since April 17, 2015. I just wonder about how long it would take me to receive the application pack here in Saudi Arabia.
I hope that someone could help me. I'm so excited to process my application for Registration with NMBI.

I was charged with 350 euros last October 17, 2016 but I haven't received any copy of the application pack yet, mag one month na. Is this the usual time frame? Does anyone know how I can track down my request at NMBI? Thank you.

Hi, according to NMBI it will take two weeks to reveive the application pack. I have the same problem as you. Hope someone here could enlighten us. Are you located in the Philippines?
I applied last July pa and until now di pa na uplift ang "outstanding" note sa account ko almost a month na since they receieved my CCPS. According to NMBI they have bulks of application right now and that's the reason it slowed down. Thing is their application timeframe is only 6 months now,they changed it from 1 year. So for those who are applying just be patient and if you have extra money you can call them thru their customer service number for follow ups.

The 6months timeframe will start the moment you paid for your application. With regard to the tracking of the application pack, you can either call the NMBI customer service or if you are with an agency you can ask them for follow ups.í ½í¸€

ive sent my overseas registration form thru my agency here in the philippines and was sent to kate cowhig last december 9, and was received by kate cowhig agency the following week. My pack arrived last december 23.
It has been 2 months, 1 week and 3 days since NMBI received all of my documents on October 19. However, my change name docs, IELTS and grad programme form remained outstanding. I phoned NMBI regarding this and I was just asked to email a copy of my TRF. I also explained to them that I didn't go to a graduate school so I didn't send back the form to them. After 3 weeks of no update on my online account, I called NMBI again. They couldn't give me any update about the status of my outstanding forms and since I authorized CPL in following up in my behalf, NMBI sent an email of instructions. I asked what's in the email and all I was told was to wait for my agency to send me that email. *sigh*
What's more frustrating is that I'm encountering this delay since I authorized CPL. My local agency here, Chesham, is nothing but a disappointment They are so disorganized. I have emailed them a copy of my email to NMBI when I authorized CPL. I sent them another email with screenshots of my NMBI pending documents and all the DHL tracking numbers of my NMBI pack and yet the email that NMBI sent to CPL hasn't been forwarded to me. It is so clear that my local agency hasn't informed CPL when I authorized them. I don't know what to do. *sigh*
Hi, just read your comment about NMBI application. I am also with CHESAM and currently I am still waiting for my application pack which I sent last Nov 1; however the NMBI sent the application pack on Nov 14 and same day they also deducted the over reg fee from cc. Unfortunately, until today I still didn't receive the application pack. I don't know if it's because of our post office ��. Anyway, with regards to your problem, is there anyway that you can contact CPL thru email or just contact Miss ********* directly? I guess that would help.
Hi everyone Im having the same issue. My agency nurseireland paid for my nmbi fee last november and up until now still havent received the nmbi packet. although my agency informed me 3 days ago that they are expecting the packet this week or 2nd week of january....
Yeah, it's really frustrating. It might be because it was holiday last month. I don't know if our application packs are stuck in the Phil post. I am trying to contact them but I don't have a tracking number since it's is regular mail. Are you in Manila?
