I'm getting ready to apply to the 2011 FastTrack BSN Program at New Jersey City University. I was wondering what standards people had that were accepted to the program in the past. I know it says 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 Scale (preferred but NOT required) Have people been accepted to this program with a lower GPA? If so, what was it? And what else did you have to excel on in order to get into the program?
I have been out of school for several years working in medical device and pharma so my resume was applicable to healthcare. I had a 3.5 undergrad gpa and a total hesi score above 90.
That's incredible, CONGRATULATIONS!!! Thank you for sharing.
I'm impatiently waiting to go home and check my mail. I have a backup plan brewing just in case--- for a county college admission, but definitely praying.
My GPA was below 3.0 although I did have a 90+ on HESI, but Who knows for sure..
All the best to everyone.
Hey All,
I was accepted to NJCU accelerated for Fall 2011. I wish everyone the best of luck.
I've started connecting with people in the program. My intention is to find people who are not competitive and may want to potentially do study groups or other support groups while we venture through the year process.
Thanks :)
I am in the program as well and will be attending the orientation. This is so exciting!
You only need a Varicella vaccine if you have not had the chickenpox before. When they draw titers for your bloodworkl and you've have the infection, your blood will show antibodies, then you don't need the vaccine.
