I'm getting ready to apply to the 2011 FastTrack BSN Program at New Jersey City University. I was wondering what standards people had that were accepted to the program in the past. I know it says 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 Scale (preferred but NOT required) Have people been accepted to this program with a lower GPA? If so, what was it? And what else did you have to excel on in order to get into the program?
Congratulations to all of those accepted! Well done...
I have also been put on the wait list, so only time will tell..
I have a request to all those accepted--please let the school know asap if you'd like your spot in the class. Help put us wait listers out of our misery! :)
EyeoftheTiger, Emac84, and others accepted- what time is that mandatory aug 4th orientation? Wait listers wont receive notice until july 30th, so it's tough to know how to plan for the weeks to come..
Thank you and congratulations again!
everyone else-hang in there! if it's meant to be it will be

If you don't mind me asking, how did they contact you, via phone, email, or mail? did they tell you, your position on the wait list or how long it is?
I'm just curious and waiting impatiently as July 30th is quickly approaching and I want nothing but to get some good news.
thanks in advance! and congratulations again!
By God's grace, I got accepted into the program as well. I received a call yesterday. I can't contain my excitement. I was almost certain I would be looked over for admission this year, but I was wrong.
I hope anyone left on the wait list is as blessed. Good luck to you all.
Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hi Everyone,
I received a letter today, which unfortunately says I've been "Wait listed" and basically to stay tuned until July 30, in case any slots get opened.
I 'll be keeping my fingers crossed and hope for the best but at the same time I won't sit around sulking about this decision.
Has anyone else receives such notice or know of the process of being on the waiting list???
Congrats to all accepted!
