NJ RN endorsement fingerprint question

Hello!

I know there are several topics on this issue but I couldn't find one that pertained specifically.

I currently hold an RN license in PA.

I live in NJ within 10 miles of the border (08077).

i applied for endorsement for NJ license on 11/08.

My question is, do I need to do anything about fingerprints? I believe I paid for them and they get sent in the mail correct? I called them yesterday and they said my application is still going through verification and when I asked if the fingerprint stuff got mailed they said I have to be verified before they are mailed out...?

Yes you need the form. NJ is famous for taking their sweet time. At one point it was 8-12 weeks for endorsement if not longer

Hi do you know what does Verification - Requires button in center means? Is that the nursys verification? I've done it 2 weeks ago and it's still unchecked that's why...

same situation got my fingerprints in. I have a job offer but the same items are still marked unchecked. any insights or update on these.

Hi! The same items are unchecked for me too. Identigo says that my fingerprints are still being processed even though its been a month. Does identigo send them to me and I then upload it to my NJ license? Also- my passport and passport photo are "unchecked" but I submitted them over a month ago. My application is also "unchecked"- does this get "checked" after everything is complete? Let me know if theres anything you did that I could do too! Thanks so much ?

hi! it eventually changed after about a month- just keep checking! It's stressful, I know and the website is awful but it did eventually change and I got my license # right after

Hi! Thank you!! So my fingerprint says completed as of today! But my passport, photo and application are still "unchecked". I don't see where I would submit the application.... Is that done automatically once everything in my checklist is complete? Not sure why the passport and photo are taking forever to be reviewed either...

Hi all!

I just submitted my application for endorsement from NY to NJ. I emailed them to ask what to do with my transcripts as I've read with covid they are working from home and want things emailed instead of mailed into the office. I'm awaiting a reply. I was just wondering if anyone knows how I should be handling my transcripts? How long do the next steps take of waiting for them to reach out about fingerprinting and background check? I also need to transfer my NP and can't do so until I have my RN license in NJ. Just wondering if anyone has insight in general into the current timeline given the delays with Covid. Thanks!
