Occ vs Brookdale Cc

I'm an LPN and looking to go to either occ or brookdale for the nursing program. I live in ocean county but when I was looking at the pre requisite, brookdale doesn't make you take a math course and it's been a while so I'm terrified. Any advice for either program? Also what's a good way to find out which professors I should chose or shouldn't chose?
