Nipissing SPP 2018

Hi there! Just wanted to get in conctact with other applicants who are applying to the Scholar Practioner Program at Nipissing University.

We could use this thread to talk about different components of the application.

My top choices are Nipissing and UofT as well. But the deadline to accept Nipissing's offer is April 24th, hopefully, we will get UofT's offer before then.

Omg you're right it's April! I read it as May 24 this morning.. shoot that is a quick turn around time!!

I know!! it's less than a month away. And I believe that there's a $200 deposit for Nipissing.

I spoke to someone at UofT about this dilemma- he said offers will start going out on April but up until June depending on where your application stands. I doubt I will get an offer before this deadline. BUT he also said he doesn't think any university can ask us for a deposit until June 1st... I'm sure we will get more details in our package!

To all of us who got in yesterday- I think that was early admission so yay!! But I'm sure they will be rolling out offers over the next little while since it isn't even April yet lol- so dont get discouraged! Still feels quite surreal haha. Hope everyone gets in!! :)

Wow! Early admission! That's amazing! We all worked hard for it, so I say it's well deserved! Looking forward to get this package!

If you log into OUAC and go to "Choices/Offers" you'll see your offer and it has like an expiration date of when we have to accept/decline!

Wow, I'm glad I found this forum! I forgot my login details at home for Webadvisor so I'll have to check my status when I get home tonight! Congrats to those who have heard back already! I'm also waiting to hear from Trent and UofT :)
