Hi there! Looking to connect with others who are applying to Nipissing University's Scholar Practitioner Program for Fall 2019.

Last year, it was just one interviewer and they were a rep for one of the organizations that host our 9-week practicum placement. I interviewed with the rep for Toronto Public Health - she was really nice and made me feel super comfortable. They will be timing you for your NI question which I believe is 3 mins allotted. Also, I remember her writing down notes while I was talking. It can be distracting, but I suggest to just keep looking forward at them and smile! ?

Oh bless you!! I'm soooo nervous.
Hi everyone,
Looking forward/ nervous about my interview tomorrow!!
I see we are allowed to bring in notes regarding NI. Do you think reading off our notes will lower your interview score? How many people are planning on reading off their notes? I don't want to forget anything!!
GOOD LUCK THIS WEEK :)
Ahh yes, I can’t believe the day is already here! Good luck everyone! ?
I’m planning on bringing a few cue cards just in case my nervous brain fails me, but I’m not going to read off of them, it’ll just be for back up. I don’t think they would allow us to bring notes, and then take points off for bringing them! I’m sure they’re just looking for a confident answer, they want to know we’ve done our research ?
I am planning on bringing my notes, JUST IN CASE, I freeze up! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!! Thank you @tamaraago for all your tips and information! My interview is tomorrow but I am sitting here feeling the jitters already XD
