My top preference is Toronto Public Health and my second preference is UHN. I just have a few questions if you don't mind answering.1. What GPA did you have? Does Nipissing only use top 10 from all 4 years?[I have a really bad 3rd year (65% average) however my cumulative average is 83.97% and my top 10 average is 89.7%. I have some good 3rd year course grades from summer and second year however I am worried they will look at my bad grades in 3rd year and be concerned.]2. Also what volunteer/work experiences did you have? I am worried most of my experience is mental health/counseling/education related and less medical/healthcare oriented. I would also appreciate any tips that you can provide.

You will be fine. It doesn't have much weight. I have 10 years of experience in healthcare but still got rejected and people with little or none got accepted. I think it's more to do with GPA and interview. Goodluck.
