  1. Be sure to log into OUAC and accept the offer from there. The nipissing system updates later than the OUAC site.
  2. If both if you can send me your facebook email address I can add you two. I am not the group admin, therefore, I am unable to approve members.
  3. Just checked my status and I got offered admission as well!!! Congrats you guys!!! So excited to meet you guys in person :)
  4. "You are viewing your admissions status. Admissions decisions are sent by mail. Questions about admissions can be directed to: [email protected] or 705-474-3450 ext. 4600." I read in the previous posts that webadvisor let them know about admissions. I REALLY HOPE ITS NOT SENT VIA MAIL ONLY!
  5. Same! its still the same "no decision made"
  6. I love how all of us do this first thing in the morning because we can't wait!!!! I am having the same issue it no longer shows all the options that it did before. Hopefully, this means early results?
  7. I think the correct answer is how our narratives and how the patients narrative of their life has an/can impact their care. Narratives are continues (past present and future), including previous experiences, encounters and social determinants of health and focus on places that these experiences took place. Thus inquiring into patients individual narrative can help advocate for what the patient needs, wants and hopes to achieve in their care. It also allows the patient to be included in the decisions and part of their care plans/management. Hope that helped!
  8. I had my interview on Tuesday Morning at 11 30. I had a very pleasant Sick kids rep and I did see the UHN rep everyone keeps talking about (glad I didn't have her tbh she seemed stern). I was also timed for my NI answer. The part that threw me off was when she asked what I know about the 3 different placements, not why I chose these options. It was a bit distracting to see them writing as you talked and it really made me nervous. I mentioned how we all have been networking on here which to my surprise she was taking note of... I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing. She did mention that we would know by the first week of April. I AM SO NERVOUS STILL. I couldn't read her at all so no idea if it went well or bad!!! This is the only school I applied to. Hopefully, we all hear good news ?
  9. I am planning on bringing my notes, JUST IN CASE, I freeze up! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!!! Thank you @tamaraago for all your tips and information! My interview is tomorrow but I am sitting here feeling the jitters already XD
  10. thank you so much for the information!! if you don't mind me asking, do you know approximately how long after the interviews they send out the acceptances?
  11. Hi guys! Check your emails! I just got my interview invite!
  12. From what I understand, they are awaiting our CASPERs results before sending out interview invites. I am with you on the nervousness. I have been obsessively checking my emails daily in hopes. Fingers crossed, we hear back in the next couple of weeks. Good luck everyone ?
  13. I am not completely sure! Honestly, my last 2 years were better than my first 2. So I really hope they overlook that and focus on my clinical skills. I currently work as a medical assistant also tons of experiences with children in a family health setting. I am writing my Caspers on Feb 24th. Cannot wait till that's over too! I really want to find out if I get an interview or no! Really hope we all make it! It would be lovely to connect with other students before going into such an individualized program.
  14. Pretty well! I sent off my application 2 weeks ago. Patiently waiting while I prep for CASPERS. What were your placement choices? I chose; 1) Sick Kids, 2) UHN 3) TPH.
  15. Me too!! I graduated from YorkU with a BSc in psychology. I have the prerequisites but feeling discouraged because my first 2 years GPA was not a great compared to my last 2 years of university.
