Night Shifters!

Published

I work 11p to 7a and I was wondering: do you guys get weekend differential for Friday night 11p - 7 (Saturday) am? How about Sunday 11p - Monday 7am? I'm all turned around and confused! I called my hospitals payroll department and the lady is out until Monday. I'm impatient :p and curious to see how it works elsewhere.

Our weekend for nights is Friday & Saturday nights. Our place (LTC) pays time and a half for them, plus the regular $.60 night differential.

Our hospital gives $4.50 an hour shift differential and if you have filled your weekend comittment (every other week) and you pick up another weekend night (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) as extra you get the usual shift diff plus $125 for RNs for 12 hour shift and $100 for an 8 hour shift.

We get Saturday 7-7 and Sunday 7-7, not not friday

mine is $4/hr 11p-7a ($2/hr from 7p - 11p), and weekend diff is $2 on top of night diff.

in the hospital i work at, we have "weekend premium" which pays $44/hour.
