NHSC Loan Repayment 2023 Cycle

I haven't seen a forum for this year's cycle of NHSC LRP so I decided to start one. I am getting anxious. By this time last year alot of people had seen credit checks and some had received COIs. Has anyone heard anything?

I was starting to lose hope after seeing that many of you had credit checks done in July... I finally had my credit check on August 23rd!

I'm wondering if mine was done much later because I had to apply for the part-time option? I am a CNM and I do work full-time split between outpatient clinic and hospital but my clinic hours didn't meet the FT requirement sadly.

I work 36 hours a week, so I'm considered part time as well. I wonder when the award entails will come?

I am a midwife as well and had my credit check last Wednesday .  I haven't heard anything else yet.  I do work full time clinic so I was full time option.   I saw a tiered system posted somewhere and I fell into tier 2.   I figured that's why I had a later check ??‍♀️

I'm glad to see these latest comments. I was losing hope too.  I'm in tier 3 so fingers crossed the funding will make it that far. This would be life changing.

I received a credit check August 23rd. How likely is it that I now end up with the award?

How do you check what tier your health center falls in? Thanks.

I received a credit check as well on the 23rd.  I haven't heard anything and some other folks on here had a credit check the same week and already have received notification. I found the tier thing in a different thread.   I'll see if I can find it.

Has anyone who got a credit check in late August or later (mine was 8/23) received an LRP acceptance email? I still haven't received anything so I'm guessing at this point that I won't get one. We hear either way by Oct 1st right?

I'm in the exact same boat.   I had a credit check 8/23 and I haven't heard anything.  My gut is telling me it's a no go but I'm still praying for a miracle.  This is such a rollercoaster of a process.

I got my credit checked in July, finalist email and signed on Aug 10th.  Nothing since... I'm starting to think I didn't make it to the final round. I haven't come across any posts that said they didn't the award after getting the finalist email, so I have a smidge bit of hope... it's my first time applying, so I guess if I don't get it, at least I got this far on the first go round. 
Congratulations for those that have been awarded, continuous prayers for those of us waiting for a signature and good luck for those waiting to get finalist emails.
