new zealand vs australia

Im new here.. could someone helo me decide which is better? I am planning to take either the bridging program in australia or the CAP in new zealand and im still undecided as to where to go. Which place has a higher chance of getting employment faster? I know that Au salary is way much higher than NZ, but the cost of living is also high.

I have band 7 in ielts.

Please help me decide which is better. Thanks in advance

Do you have a full two years of paid nursing experience required by NZNC? Have you applied for credentials assessment by either country's nursing council? It's not a quick & simple answer nor is it a fast process to be assessed and determined eligible, referred to bridging program, or rejected because your credentials don't meet standards. Are you a highly experienced specialty nurse with several years experience that would give a potential employer incentive to sponsor you for a work visa over a citizen or PR that was locally educated?

I have been working for almost 5 years now as ab ICU nurse. I havent yet tried my documents be assessed by either, i would just want to know if which place is best. I mean based from your experience which do you think might offer a good offer, should i mention faster employment. Thank you í ½í¸Š
