Hey everyone I haven't seen a forum for the fall 2022 deadline for NYU's ABSN non-accelerated and accelerated pathway yet soo I decided too start one so we can all stress out together in these next few months of applying

Please do not listen to this person. This person went into the Columbia admitted students group chat and tried to dissuade people from accepting a spot at Columbia.
On a positive note, congrats to all who got accepted!! NYU is a great program and you should feel so proud of your accomplishments thus far! ?

Thanks for pointing this out! I did think they were being bizarrely negative!

I believe they send out rejections sometime late June but I could be wrong!

Hey, you were right. I just received my acceptance letter. I was nervous. Did you pay your $500 deposit? How is everyone planning on paying the tuition? Did you receive a $7,000 scholarship as well? Good luck to everyone. Hopefully, NYU will help make our dreams of becoming RNs true.

I actually got a 6K nursing scholarship and I accepted the federal loans offer they gave me-- both subsidized and unsubsidized. The first semester, I'm fortunate enough to have saved enough to pay on my own, and then the remaining amount my family has been kind enough to loan me so that I don't have to take out private loans and accumulate a lot of interest.
