New York University (NYU) Non-Accelerated/ABSN Fall 2022

Hey everyone I haven't seen a forum for the fall 2022 deadline for NYU's ABSN non-accelerated and accelerated pathway yet soo I decided too start one so we can all stress out together in these next few months of applying

I don’t think you realize how legit the nyu nursing program is sub par for the cost.  That’s why I’m asking if you’re mashed yet.

I think everyone's entitled to their own opinions about a program and I feel like there's pros and cons for every program. While you feel super strongly that NYU is not that great, it might be the only option for some people or it might be the best choice in other people's perspectives, so I feel like it's great to offer constructive criticism on the program but it's not necessary to intensely hate the program and the school and make it so that people feel less than for having been accepted into NYU

At the end of the day, your nursing program is what you make of it and the important thing isn't necessarily what nursing program I went to and how great the program was but rather how great of a nurse I can be and what kind of impact I can make on the future of medicine and the future patient population

then why did you apply to both nyu and columbia's program which is just as expensive?? its not like the cost was ever hidden

Did anyone receive decision today? Or at least got their checklists disappeared? I also applied late February, but there is no change!! ?

Nope, checklist just hanging out. After seeing some people get emails about needing reports about in progress classes, I called to make sure they had the correct email on file since I am in my last pre-req class now. They do.?

Hi guys! My checklist was gone when I checked yesterday so I kinda expected a reply soon. And I got my acceptance an hour ago! I applied late Feb.
