It's a little early but I figured I would start this thread as we all begin to get our applications in!

I was recently accepted for the accelerated program. Just curious to know what anyone who was accepted plans on doing for housing? I was looking into off campus housing, hopefully with someone or a few people from this forum that might be interested!
Hey! Congrats on your acceptance! I was also looking at off campus housing too. I'll be moving from Boston and was debating on whether I should do off campus or pick the residence halls. I would love to get to know you and see if we could work something out possibly. Feel free to message me!

Hi there! I'll be attending in Fall as well, although I won't be starting the accelerated portion until Spring as I still have a few prerequisites to complete. I'll be moving from California and am definitely interested in off campus housing and potential roommates!
Hey @dishaa17, I’m not sure why it won’t let me send you a private message on here but anyway here is my email: sarawolfson24@gmail.com! And I spoke to someone from admissions, it’s difficult to get on campus housing in a residence hall since those are primarily reserved for returning students and most spots have been filled up. Since we are considered to be transfer students in the system our chances of getting a spot in one of the residence halls is slim. She said I could try to apply for on campus housing, she made sure to emphasize on the word “try” lol. So she told me to check out a website instead I believe it’s called housing registry, something along the lines of that where only NYU students who confirmed enrollment can access. Also congrats to you too on your acceptance and to everyone else who was accepted! Best of luck to those still waiting to hear back!
