Hi,

I am looking into nursing and I found this site by accident. I am looking for information on the difference between all the nursing fields.

I started looking at nursing assistant or medical office assistant, but didn't know the difference. Then I started looking at the LPN's.

I was wondering if anyone went through an at home school. I am currently a stay at home mom trying to get an education at home. So when my children go to school I will be prepared to get a job.

I love people and enjoy helping them. I hope you all have a good day.

I completed LVN school a little over 3 months ago, but went about it the traditional route. I quit my job and attended full time (6 hours daily) for 1 year. You might want to visit this site's LPN/LVN Corner Forum to receive feedback and advice from LPNs and LPN students. The link is below. Good luck in attempting to realize your dreams of becoming a nurse.
