I received an acceptance letter on 6/20/08, but when I went up there for a meeting, I found out that I could not start until Spring 09. Anyone else in the same boat? I was told that CNR's BSN program was considered #2 in the NYC area, if that means anything.
I'm in and I start in September..i'm soo darn nervous. Sheesh.

This is a bad school. For the amount of $$ that you are paying the School of Nursing is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. The experience with the administration is hit or miss. Some students have no problems registering for classes, talking with advisors, etc. Other students have horrible experiences (like me) I had to go back and forth with these guys to make sure my transfer credits transferred over, got 3 different answers on what classes were required for each semester and the behavior of the administration can be very rude.
They do have good clinical affilations, but their teachers are disorganized and rude. A lot of them think they are god's gift to nursing. Seriously get over your ego and just help students learn. This isn't Cornell or some other elite school; the teachers here need to check their ego's. The top-level administration is very rude also. The curriculum is very difficult and intense and it doesn't help that some of the professors are just not unapproachable. For paying this amount of $$, it's just not worth it
Do u go there now? I have had a great experience so far
This is for akanini, they do accept those exams
Hey, they do accept CLEP exams for sure and the other one as well
