new pvt?

Hey everyone just took the nclex pn today and tired to do the pvt and took me to the cc page, but I'm hearing thats the new format? But, before I even try to register it says in a little box under the begin registration tab ( you are unable to schedule for any exams at this time) its not a pop up...does that mean anything? Has anyone else seen this?

Tee hee hee. I thought the same thing....ha ha. I think the more I read about the PVT, my IQ drops a couple of points.
