New Nurse Position

I have an upcoming interview for a position in an ER department. Can anyone tell me what to expect during the interview? I am little nervous.

I've interviewed a few times for nursing positions. Some questions asked:

What do you like in a nurse manager..what don't you like?

How was your attendence at your last job?

What are your strengths?

What are your weaknesses? Be prepared to at least list one and then tell them how you are working on that.

How well do you work under pressure?

What was a recent conflict you had a work and how did you solve it?

Why did you go into nursing (yes, they do ask this sometimes :) )

That's all I can think of at this time. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
