I'm so mad, upset and lost right now. I want to post the story, but it's probably wise not to open my mouth. Just say a prayer for the newbies out there. Please and thank you.

Oh my gosh well this sounds scary. I hope you are okay. When you feel like it's safe go ahead and post something if you need any advice. Until then I guess I will say a prayer for the newbies as requested. Good luck.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best possible outcome, even though we do not know about the exact circumstances surrounding the story. Good luck to you.

Best of luck to you. Remember, try not to have an emotional reaction, know that there's lots of newbies who are let go in their orientation process, negotiate the best you can, and we can only go forward from here.

Praying everything goes ok for you in whatever happened. I've actually felt mad, upset, & very emotional in several nursing jobs I've held, therefore I am trying to get away from clinic/ floor nursing! I am planning on getting in to medical coding. Nursing is just too dramatic for me.

Please ..no vague drama posts.
Quite sure you could get your point across , therefore getting some advice, without giving revealing details.
Prayers will not resolve this, but YOU can.
First time I had passed meds. Didn't give the last ones due for the shift as it was too early. Second nurse didn't give the last ones either. A ton of med errors. Learning experience. Lesson learned.
