New nclex april 2019

Published

Dear All,

I have my nclex-rn exam on second week of april and was wondering how much change is there going to be in the new exam compared to old one. If someone takes the nclex next week please share your experience. Thank you.

PS: I dont know if this thread is the right place to post my question. If not, I apologize. Thank you.

I am supposed to be taking my Nclex soon also I heard with the new change SATA questions can be anywhere from 1 to all.

P.s. I would also like to know with the new changes entail

I am supposed to take mine in may. I have been through multiple nclex prep courses where this is a main concern. After looking at the new blue print (which I suggest comparing to the old version), there is not much concern. They made it clear that the difficulty has not changed but just the balance of the categories have changed slightly. They did mention that yes, SATA questions could be 1 or all but it is not likely. So my coaches emphasized on not expecting to answer like that. Just review the blue print, that's all I think we can do especially since we will be some of the first taking the updated version.

Guys,

Thanks for the reply. I also heard that the overall change would not be that significant. But as BADGER said since we are going to be some of the first ones, we just have to deal with it. Lets keep each other posted in case we find something more concrete.

g luck to everyone taking the new nclex including myself...spread love and prayers...

It is not changing in any way that you need to be worried about: http://blog.nclexmastery.com/nscbn-nclex-updates/

the NCLEX did not change.

Dear all,

I had my exam a week ago and I passed in 75 questions. I was so scared till the quick results came. As most of you said, the exam (probably) did not change that much. I had done ncsbn practice test and it was similar to it in format. Good luck to all.
