Hi all!
I know it may be a bit early but I like to always get the ball rolling. Is there anyone that is looking to apply to the 2019-2020 accelerated nursing cohort at NJCU?? I'm looking to connect so we can keep each other updated throughout the process.

Officially, NJCU is the least costly of all the ABSN programs in NJ. It costs 32k altogether. Thankfully, there are a lot of scholarships out there.

Yea New Brunswick is really nice. That's where I went for undergrad from 2005-2011. Its changed alot since I graduated. I got accepted into Rutgers Newark and I like New Brunswick campus better. I didnt apply there because its further from where I live. NJCU would be cheaper if it's at 32k because i think Rutgers is around 35k-36k.
Hi all,
also another lurker. Finally decided to make an account since my anxiety is through the roof. I had my interview today for Seton Hall’s Direct to MSN program starting this fall. It went really well. It’s 2 years and at least 100k but it’s an MSN. I’ve spoken to a few family memebers in the healthcare field and all are telling me to go for the MSN vs the accelerated BSNs I’ve applied to. I’m not sure what to think being that I’m still waiting on decisions lol

Ugh so frustrating. I hate that they can’t meet their own deadlines and goals, and keep giving runaround.
I completely understand they get slammed by applications, and we can only assume that application numbers keep increasing each year. But if that is the case, they need to figure out a better way to approach their review/admission process. Decision day was already delayed twice, and we are now 2 days away from May and still nothing. It makes things seem a bit disorganized...

Just saw rutgers campus yesterday it’s really nice!! I can’t believe it’s a state university and the tuition seems to be the least for ABSN programs in NJ
