I'm having a hard time finding a position as a new graduate. I recently graduated this past August from nursing school (RN after-degree program). I have my graduate license too.
I'm literally applying to everything, but no call backs
Any tips?

Have you asked anyone with hiring experience to look over your resume?

If you're in a saturated area, you might consider moving ...either permanently or short term to get some experience.

Moving to First Job Hunt Assistance Forum to help you get more targeted responses.
If you only graduated a month ago, don't be disheartened. The job market is better than it's been in recent years but it's still tough, and it's not uncommon for nurses to take a few months to find work.
I agree with the prior two posters. Also, network: ask anyone/everyone you know if they have any connections that can help you get a job. If you have classmates who have already been hired, definitely drop them a line or call to see if they know of any openings where they are working and/or who you should contact.
Best of luck.

You also may want to wait until you are an RN unless you are applying to residency programs. Those will usually accept GN until you pass NCLEX.
I agree to make sure your resume is perfection.
