New Grad Starting at Good Samaritan Hospital- Los Angeles

I recently accepted a new grad RN position for ICU nights. I was wondering if anyone can tell me a little bit more information about the hospital (Their website was limited in providing info)? Employee satisfaction? New Grad Program success? I am also interested in relocating in Downtown..any suggestions??

they cancelled their new grad program for the summer, HR says they will be hiring again next year 2010.
