Do you have a job offer already or are you just looking?
The Texas nursing market is very competitive and it would be ill advised to move here just thinking you can get a job anywhere as a new grad. Having a BSN does help a lot, but make sure you have a way to survive when you get here in case it takes a while to get a job (if you don't have one already lined up).
PPs are absolutely correct. SA has more nursing schools (in proportion to the population) than any other Tx city. They are churning out BSN & ADN grads on a continuous basis. Please do not risk moving until you land a job.
AFTER you get that job, engage the services of a professional apartment locator service or Realtor. They will be able to ensure that you find a place to live that meets all your criteria.

Hello!
I'm looking to move to San Antonio and I'd like to know what is the salary like for a new grad with a BSN? Also, what are some good neighborhoods or areas that are close to UT Health Science Center? What are some areas I should avoid?
Thank you all in advance!
