Thank you everyone for all the information. I am a new grad and just received info on participating in the ED nursing residency program at Mount Sinai, does anyone know anything about salary with Mount Sinai? Thank you in advance ?? ?

Hi! I am a new grad too and have been applying to ED positions at Mount Sinai- I had one interview but haven't heard back yet. I am curious about the residency that you mentioned- is that a separate program to apply to directly? They mentioned that there will be an ED fellowship to train new grads but I havent seen it posted yet. Just curious if you had any info on this that you could share ? thank you!
Hey, I heard back from Mount Sinai, the fellowship program is a program that is offered to all new grad nurses hired with Mount Sinai so they offer additional support, classes and things like that. You don’t have to apply separate, it is a automatic thing if hired and you have less than a year of experience.

Thanks so much for the info!

Guys, how is the annual differential calculated? like how do they know how much differential in total you'd accumulate for the year considering that depends on when you work nights, right?

Thank you for this! graduate in august and was wondering about NYU. Is there a specific new grad posting or just any RN posting is open, with new grads doing a residency?

That doesn't seem to competitive anymore. Maimonides Med starts at 99k with 2k BSN differential. 6K night shift differential.
