Hi all!! I was wondering what the new grad salary is in NYC. I would like to know what hospitals are offering new grads these days.

just gotta say that's not the way taxes work... a 20k difference in NYC will come out to approx 14k more after taxes

NYP Cornell: $92,341 for New Grad Residency. I assume this includes BSN and night differential, but I am not certain.
RNinNYC
NYP Hourly - $46.07
night differential $3.07
It comes out to roughly 90K yearly

NYP/Cornell new grad in the ED:
$49/hour plus night shift differential of 10%
When I received my offer over the phone, HR told me annual salary would be 95k plus 5k differential for night shift. BSN only
don't forget to account for taxes, especially if you'll be living in nyc! you'll be taking home ~66% of that after taxes
