Hi Everyone!
Can anybody tell me what new grad RNs are getting paid in Princeton or the surrounding areas? I'm familiar with the new grad pay rate for many of the Philadelphia area hospitals, but am clueless about Princeton and have expanded my search to include this area; however, I want to be sure I'm not being taken for a ride by a perspective employer.
Thank you in advance for any input you can provide!!

Well, for almost 2 years now, I still can't get a job in a hospital! I should have considred that OR position iin 07 , but, I don't think I will like it, standing there all day, as a scrub nurse, I wouldn't mind circulating...
Today there is a open house in Princeton House, I'll try my luck there...I am just going to get what I can get at this point. Any suggestions...
Personally, I would not work at that hospital. I am from NJ and I think most of their nurses think they are better than most because they work in "Princeton". I personally don't like those types of ppl.
That being said, I am glad I decided to relocate after graduating. Not many hospital choices in NJ (Mercer County) anyway.

No, only Princeton, St. Francis, Mercer Medical, Fuld, Robert Wood Johnson and then if you go just outside of Mercer you've got Centre State in Monmouth, Virtua, Deborah and Our Lady of Lourdes in Burlington and then RWJ, St. Petes in New Brunswick, etc, etc, etc.....

Yes, that is what I have seen, I went to a job fair where Princeton was there and the recruiter told us flat out new grads shouldn't bother applying, but they do have a new grad internship but it doesn't start until august. I hope by then I have a job!!
