So, Im curious to know how everyone is doing their resumes to apply for their first RN job. I dont actually graduate until June, but Im going to start looking/applying earlier than that so I was wondering how I should set up my resume.
Of course I would list my previous jobs, but should I also list my clinical rotations (ex: hospital and unit specialty)?
How are you guys setting up yours?

Play up your clinical experience as much as possible. It's the only nursing experience you have. List where you did your rotations, skills you performed, responsibilities you had, what you learned, etc. Show that nursing school prepared you well.
