I'm set to graduate in May with my BSN and will hopefully pass the NCLEX a few weeks after to become an RN. I'm looking into residency programs in the Philadelphia area or other good jobs for new graduate RNs. Any advice on best places to start? Or worst? I'd like to consider hours, benefits, community of the hospital, pay, and whether or not I'll be bound to work for ~2 years from starting date.

Penn, Main Line Health, Jefferson, Temple and CHOP have them; at this point you need to look at those sites and see when their next residencies start; some Starr in July, September, etc, and their own requirements.
You an also look outside of the box and look at non-residency jobs as well; the Philadelphia area has a surplus of nurses, most, even with BSNs can find theirselves working outside of the hospital as a starting place in their nursing career.
