Sorry I cannot help you, but was hoping anyone can describe what an online skill assessment will ask. The CA State Prison system also has an online skills assessment for nurses.

You can expect such questions like: If you saw a coworker stealing, would you tell a supervisor? And then, they tend to repeat the same question in 4 different versions of it, about ten question later to check if you got the same answer. if not, you were lying. there are no right or wrong questions. it's just to determine if a person will fit in with the people already working there, or with the companies values. good luck!

Hi everyone, I also applied to this new grad program. I got a call today from HR to also do the online assessment & math test. For Mali2008, did they call you soon after the assessment tests to set up an interview?

Hi myitas, i called HR after i finished the tests. he said that everything looked good and he was gonna set me up for an interview ...... my interview is this friday :S im sooo nervous!

I want to say 22...I think. Has anyone applied to the San Joaquin Versant program? Also, does anyone know anyone who has been accepted in previous Mercy Versant programs?

Well that's more positions than I was expecting. Does anybody know any information about the program? I know we have to sign a 2 year contract? Pay? Specifics on orientation? I wonder how many they are selecting to interview?
