School is NOT easy and for some of us it definitely isn't cheap. For an upcoming new grad like myself I am curious to what new grads make. As we all know every region is different so please help us out. What is the pay for new grads WITHIN THE PAST 3 YEARS?
Please Input:

NorCal
LVN IV certified LTC/Sub Acute Rehab
26/hour plus shift differential of 1.50 for PM shift, plus a sign on bonus.
401k with vested match, Blue Cross PPO, 4 weeks PTO per year. Flexible schedule for my RN bridge, educational benefits.
My mortgage is $1250 a month, I think rents run close, I have a 3bdrm 2 bath 1500 Sq feet aprox.
I am a brand new grad, I had this offer before I even tested, this was not the only offer I received, but actually 1 of 3, I liked this facility best. All offers were about the same pay.
I hope that helps a bit, I combed posts like this the entire time I was in school.
City/State: SF Bay Area, CA
Position: Inpatient RN
Pay: New grad 70/hr, after one year, 78 (not including shift diff of 6-10/hr)
Benefits: NONE
Housing/Rent in area: 2000/mo for 2 bed 2 bath
My pay is much greater than most but so is my rent :/ To be fair my rent is the average mortgage for my peers who own. I just don't have the money for a down payment yet. I don't have benefits but have been offered a benfitted position. I would lose my 30% increase in pay as well as my freedom so I choose not to for now.

That's actually really good. Even though you don't have insurance you are compensated well enough to get your own insurance. The rent is a big factor, I heard SF real estate is brutal.

Clinical Nurse I
$25.63/hr base. $3.50 weekends, $3.00 night, $1.75 evenings.
Benefits: yes, eligible at 32 hrs.
Rent: depending on how nice/safe, two bedroom apartment range 1200-1500, single family in nicer areas 1800-3000. Our salary certainly doesn't match up with our cost of living.
This is the latest information as of July 2014:
City/State: NYC/Queens/Long Island
Position: RN 12.5hr shift - Med Surg (although it doesn't matter which floor all RNs start at the same salary)
Pay: Days: $40/hr and Nights: $42.50/hr
Benefits: FT (3 days/week) 100% Medical as well as dental and eye discounts
Housing/Rent in area: Varies greatly by area. Nice area studio or 1 bedroom $1000-$1500 but it probably would not be anything fancy and would be small and plain.
