new grad NP passed ANCC, & just learned program did not receive accreditation

Any advice for new grad adult-geri NP who passed ANCC exam and now learned the program did not get accredited. Now ANCC will not release results to any BON.

I owe a huge amount of student loans and cannot get an NP license.

Can someone advise me what to do? The VP of school says we have a valid MSN but cannot practice until school gets accreditation.

Please advise!!!

I'm honestly just happy it seems the accrediting boards have finally said no to a program. Are they finally seeing how oversupplied the market is and starting to actually require standards for accreditation? My mind is blown.

"Well whatever" what? You would not have immediately jumped to the "scam/rip-off/shut it down" rant? One always has the option of seeking more information rather than jumping to conclusions. :)

Pardon me for my "violent declamation" or perhaps it was the "speaking extravagantly"? I suppose me being disappointed that someone may have just blown $40,000 thx to what in other avenues of business would be called a con makes me a little unhappy. Perhaps your use of a smiley face is supposed to lessen the fact that you labeled my response as you did? Meh.
