Hello all!
I have just completed the pre-licensure portion of my MSN-E program and will be taking the NCLEX next week! I am interested in moving from California to Seattle, WA to find a job in an acute care new grad program. I know that the job market in CA for new grads is rough, so I was wondering if it is any better in WA.
Thanks for the advice!

It is rough everywhere, but as long as you apply everywhere and persevere for 1-12 months you will find something.

It's rough in all the big cities because that's where you have a huge population of degreed professionals (including people with Masters degrees) you can't even find minimum wage jobs. They are trying to get into nursing. Look at rural small town hospitals in addition to Seattle.
