I suggest you email the BP providers directly, the entry requirements are also posted on their website, assessments are case to case basis. you said that you have 8mos work experience, i think that is already an advantage.
Hi guys! Is there anyone here who submitted their documents (with IELTS) around the second week of June and have received their assessments already (favorable or not)? I am really really anxious because till now I have yet to hear from QNC. Submitted mine last June 16 and my IELTS a week after that. Its been exactly three months! I'd even welcome a letter from them requiring more documents! Just as long as its from QNC!

HI chocokat! I submitted mine last week of May but I was asked to submit a new authorization for my credit card so it took another week before they started processing it. I then received QNC's acknowledgement receipt JUNE 4. Last Monday, since it's already been three months, I tried to ask QNC if the result of my assessment was already out and i was told yes it was sent out in the post on SEPT8. The sad part is I had incomplete assessment. I was told to wait for the details in the mail. Now, the agony of waiting.
Anybody here received such a result before? Could you please enlighten me on what it could pertain to? Thanks in advance

Anyway, i already applied in La Trobe and i got a call from them earier to tell me they will try to put me on conditional status since they need the latest IELTS results... so i hope everything goes well with my IELTS retake...
Hi Chabeli, yes La Trobe University is situated in melbourne suburb...Ballarat is a regional city...very far from melbourne...well, if you want a laid back, quite, solemn atmosphere, Ballarat would be suitable for you...La Trobe has a lot of international students so you will not be out of place, you will somehow feel at home...

Hi chocokat! I believe you should count from july2. My three months was almost exact to the date my additional req was acknowledged. I will update you of my result once I get hold of it which i expect in the next few days.
I applied for registration in South Australia and received a decision that I have to do the bridging course. I would like to know if anyone of you out there who is in the same situation.How long and how much is the bridging course?do you know if there is an employer who can sponsor?

hey chocokat and bubblynyrs... one thing i can suggest is to check in yoru post office if you ahve a registered mail. i was very dismayed to find out that my NBV letter was dated July 20 and received by the post office in aug 7 and yet it was only delivered to my house last Sept 10.... imagine, it stayed for over a month in our local post office and i was already very worried adn frustrated... it couldn've saved me a lot of time and calling Australia if it was jsut delivered on time... So maybe you guys can check out yoru local post office...

Hi Ryan, yup i think I like La Trobe. I"ve been wanting to be in Deakin but they're closed then when i checked on the rooms for rent and shared houses, i noticed that LA Trobe has cheaper accomodation compared to Deakin.
i already applied in La Trobe and i got a call from them 2 days ago explaining to me what a conditional status is since i lack the IELTS but they also asked for my IELTS result (the old one). the average was 7.5 but writing was only 6.0 ... anyway, i will get my retake results on october 9 and hopefully by then everythign goes smooth...
just a question.. if we enroll at la trobe.. what visa should we get? my friend who is now in etea availed a short stay visa. . she seem happy there :) but i think i like la trobe.. because its a university :) though etea is fine.. im still thinking if i can make it by feb..
i have few question about the initial reg NBV.. should we send all the 1o pages form including checklist? hi hi hi.. was planning to send it by monday next week.. and ill use my mom's credit card with enclosed authorization letter to be safe :)
