New BSN grad here, applying for jobs. It seems virtually impossible to find a job description that provides a salary range, but some places require a requested salary from the applicant. Google has not been helpful as salaries range greatly based on location, experience, and care setting.
I am looking at outpatient settings, primarily. Private practices.

Unfortunately I do not know a lot about outpatient, but Inova is $25 for new grads, MedSTAR WHC in DC is $28, and Reston is around $25 as well.

Wow, Inova is still $25 for new grads? That's what I started at in 2008 as a new grad. Still decent pay, though, especially when you throw some weekend/evening/night differential on it. :)

I ultimately quit my job at INOVA cause I was making $9/hr more working in D.C. I encourage all NOVA new grads to not limit themselves to VA, but to also apply for jobs in DC and MD and explore all options

For $9 more, the commute was probably worth it! Wow. Nice. :) Was the differential good? I did the clinical ladder thing with Inova and was making $30+/hr when I got my RN 3, but still.

YES, $25/hour was what the hiring manager told me during my initial interview.

What is the difference between the evening and night differential when you work 7pm-7am? I am confused about this. Usually, when you work 8 hours the evening is the swing shift time from 3-11pm and night is 11pm-7am. So, do you get paid night for 4 hours then kicks in to night differential at 11pm?
