So I called today to ask about this months deposit for this month. I was told that since it was the end of one fiscal year going into a new fiscal year it is delayed. It should be deposited by the end of the month, but it is not considered late until the 15th of next month.

Weird...so most of our contracts started 9/6. Its now 10/29, so we either should get another payment by 11/6 or we will be one month behind right?

I dont know why we didnt get back pay? Maybe we will get another deposit like mentioned above.. Im to lazy to call help desk.. Waiting on one of you guys.

I received one payment also. I was wondering if this means we will be obligated an extra month or be short one month of payment. I've called so many times that I'm afraid to call again!

I was never under the assumption that we would get back pay. My payment worksheet clearly states that the first month will be the same as all other months. There will be 24 payments in all, meaning the last payment will be made sometime in september of 2014. We will neither have an extra month of service nor be short a month of payment.

I think where the confusion lies is that some people's first deposit was double-one for the current month and one for the previous month. One of my papers said that the first payment would be in approximately 30 days and may include one month retroactive.
