I think I may need something like that, but I'm afraid it'll knock me it out.I took xanax too. I tested it out first and it didn't make me sleepy but everyone is affected differently you know by meds. All I know is it made the biggest difference for me. I could eat and sleep and remember to breathe. I think otherwise I would have freaked out especially on Friday before the labs. It just helped me stay calm and able to focus on each task and my mind wasn't racing around like the week leading up to testing.

erinp88 482 Posts Aug 12, 2008 I am a fainter in stressful and anxious situations. That is what I'm afraid of. I have fainted three times on first days of new jobs. Makes for a very embarrassing start. When it came to my wedding day, all I was worried about was FAINTING while standing in front of 100's of people (Catholic mass of course, so lots of standing!). I can see myself in our video rocking back and forth to keep the blood moving in my legs. So yes, I will be testing something out prior to this entire situation.

Just was alittle down thinking boy I shouldnt of made these mistakes, I should know these answers..I already did the readings from the texts and answered questions...I guess sometimes we just read the questions to fast and dont really look at the what they are looking for....what is the best way I was thinking just read the objectives from the EC content guides instead of taking great time to read the whole chapters from each section...because I have tendency to forget alot......
