NEED TO VENT! Nclex Sat. Morning~ 75Q!

good morning everyone~ so..i just got home from the nclex. I got 75 questions and i was out in about an hour. I got 21 SATA, about 14 meds, i say 4-5 infection control one alternate formate questions (an exhibit one) and no math. AHHH i dunno wut to think...this is not the first time i tested..and i would really feel dumb if i didnt pass with 75...and to make it worse i mixed up hypoparathyroidism and with hyperparathyroidism on a SATA question so i know i got that wrong...eek! all i can do is pray. I refuse the pearsonvue trick. I'm just gonna try to forget about it and wait... =(

@su32: Your test sounds ALOT like mine! I took the NCLEX-RN here in CA this past Wed. It lasted about 1hr and I wasn't keeping track of the number of questions. But if I had to guess my computer probably shut off at question 75. I had 25 SATA, 2-3 infection control ?s, 2 exhibits, a couple delegation & prioritization questions, and meds I'd never heard of! Waited 3 hrs after my exam, tried the PVT & got the good pop-up.

I checked the CA BRN website this morning and my name is posted >> the PVT is 100% reliable!!

Now, I know you're against the PVT & I can't say that I blame you. Buuutt, IMO I would try it if I were you - this might help give you some peace of mind! Either way, congrats on conquering the NCLEX & I will keep you in my prayers!!

@aehtela! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! and thank you so much for the words of encouragement!!! makes me feel better~~~ i can't help but thinking back on the questions! Eeeek but i'll hang on!! And about the pearsonvue trick.. il think about it! lol~ last time it crushed me!

aehtela: I live in CA too and will be testing this thurs! eek!! I wanted to know how long did you wait after the test to try the PVT? Did you have to wait until it said "delivery successful"? Or did you just go for it without waiting for the "Delivery successful" message? Thanks! Oh and btw, what did you use to study? Was it kaplan by any chance?

Su32, we can pray for each other! I took my test this morning @ 8am! I answered 75 questions...13-15 SATA, followed by a lot of priority, delegation, and meds...no dos calc! I am freaking out! I did the PVT and got the "exam already scheduled...contact SBN...can't reschedule" popup, which I guess is supposed to mean I passed....but I started researching the testimonials and all I can find is that some people had false fails by getting the cc page, but couldn't find anyone stating that they got the good popup and failed??? I feel somewhat better...as in I don't feel consistently like I'm going to vomit, just occasionally! :uhoh3: I know of at least one question that I messed up on...But what I really want to know is when can we pay for our quick results? It says to business days, so does that mean Tuesday? Or because Monday is President's day do we have to wait til Wed? Please let me know if you find anything out!
