My resume is a mess.
I have been having trouble finding a single hospital or even nursing home that will give me a chance. I had one hospital give me a chance but I blew the interview. I was wondering if there is anything wrong with my resume or is it just lack of experience as a CNA? My work experience is all non related and I was told not to add clincal experience.
Feedback please and thanks

I'm in the same boat as you I'm a nursing student trying to get a PCT job. I have tonnes of non-nursing experience in telecomm field and no nursing experience. I'm actually doing up resumes right now. I got no clue what to add and what not to but the employer's online application requires I enter in my last 3 places of employment.
Initially, and I am no expert, but your Objective, does not seem to be clear. It seems to vague to me. Employers like people who have a clear set goal or objective in mind of what they want to do. Be specific - healthcare field is too broad and if it were me trying to hire your I'd probably stop reading at the word business office and move on to the next applicant. Use key words in what employers want, I'm not seeing any of these related to CNA. Remember computers filter resumes and of you don't have a single key word in there your resume wont even make it to the Nurse manager's desk.
Again just my opinion, I'm no expert and I too trying to break into the healthcare field. Good luck.
