Hello,
Is there any one that can give me some insight on how comparable Uworld is to NCLEX when it comes to how hard the questions. I am doing 60 questions a day so that I can read all the rationales and make certain that I am understanding all of the answer choice. On my performance it says "my score" is ranked in the 72% and the median is 45%.What does that mean because I have completed several test and gotten 58.6% correct and 41.1 incorrect. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am freaking out and feel like I don't know anything and don't want to fail. I also did a assessment that marked me as having a "very good" chance of passing with a 65% but seems so low to me. Any one get these scores and passed on the first try? If so how did the NCLEX feel compared to Uworld and how many questions did you pass with. I know I am asking a lot and I do apologize but if you can help. I'd be happy to hear from you guys. Thanks in advance.

You are in the same position I was when I did my Uworld prep. All the result you are getting are great. I passed the nclex at 75 question using Uworld only. Keep on practicing and getting more than 60 on the test and highly pass you will definitely pass. Just remember to not study the last day, exercise, eat, and try your best to relax. Know your skills step by step, know sterile vs non-sterile procedures, delegation know what UAp can do, and you world does a great work of explaining. With your scores, I see a greater chance of passing. I was so never and I usually even panic before a test. I went to my doctor , she prescribed me propanalol (beta blocker) low dose to help calm me. You take it 30min before the test, believe it work so well. It comes you down. My doctor said it supposed to help with anxiety with test taking. Remember to eat and also take care of your body. Have a good night sleep before the test. You will do great. I gave you all the tricks I did before I took the test. I did pass with 75 questions.

Study by system instead if doing random questions that helped me.
Great information that you have given me with positive vibes. Thank s so very much. I will look at the different points that you have mentioned and make sure I know these items as well.
Thank you so very much. I appreciate your response. I will also brush up on the items you mentioned to make sure I know them as well.
Thank makes sense. I was trying to just to get all aspects at once because I wanted to be unaware of the question category like I would be when take my exam but I guess if I am comfortable with all then it should not be a problem. thanks for the feed back

I did all categories at one because in NCLEX you never know what you'll get. My score is 94th and the median score it gives is 48. I still need to do the two predictors though.
Wow, seems like you're doing great. How long have you been using UWorld? How many questions have you done do far?

I think UWorld doesn't consider people that redo the questions which bumps up the national percentages.
Very true, because you are allowed to redo questions and even reset the entire bank. I'm just starting out. Still 800 questions to go.

I am taking my NCLEX tomorrow and completed Uworld with an average of 68% and in the 93rd percentile. The first self assessment I got a 68% in the 86th percentile with very high chance of passing and on the second self assessment I got a 79% in the 97th percentile (yesterday) with a very high chance of passing. I also completed the in person kaplan course and all of the online components that go with it. I'm super nervous, but I will let you know how it compares!
I wish you all the best of luck and many positive vibes. Yes please do let me know. Are you taking the RN or PN?
