Hello,
Is there any one that can give me some insight on how comparable Uworld is to NCLEX when it comes to how hard the questions. I am doing 60 questions a day so that I can read all the rationales and make certain that I am understanding all of the answer choice. On my performance it says "my score" is ranked in the 72% and the median is 45%.What does that mean because I have completed several test and gotten 58.6% correct and 41.1 incorrect. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I am freaking out and feel like I don't know anything and don't want to fail. I also did a assessment that marked me as having a "very good" chance of passing with a 65% but seems so low to me. Any one get these scores and passed on the first try? If so how did the NCLEX feel compared to Uworld and how many questions did you pass with. I know I am asking a lot and I do apologize but if you can help. I'd be happy to hear from you guys. Thanks in advance.
I prepared for NCLEX-RN using Uworld. I did about 75-200 questions per day and finished them all plus the 2 predictor exams. Once I had done all of the questions once my score was like 65 which i think was like 85 percentile. I passed NCLEX with 75q and I really think i attribute that to Uworld. I think all of the questions on world require you to use critical thinking. The platform/layout for Uworld looks just like the real NCLEX which also helped me with my pretest anxiety- they have questions where you organize the steps before a procedure, listen to audio clips, SATA *ofcourse*, and placing the hot spot- that look exactly like uworld. Hope this helps !
