I am a pre-nursing student and I am applying to some jobs at a hospital. It will be another year until I get into a nursing program and I would really like to get some experience working in a hospital first. My resume that I am putting together is coming together pretty good, except for the objective part. Does anyone have any suggestions on writing a good objective? I don't really know what I should include or how long it should be. If anyone has anyone suggestions I would really appreciate it.

It's controversial, but I'm a "no objective" guy. I help people with resumes pretty often, and I find that objectives usually come off as awkward or noticeably insincere. If it makes your resume come out to more than one page, I'd leave it off. If you've only had one job, maybe it dose help to fill some space.
By writing a great cover letter and by filling out the application appropriately, it should be obvious which job you're seeking. When you have loads good relevent experience, a summary of skills is a nice and succinct tool to use, but right now you're a noob in the hospital world. :)
