Need help with move.

Hi: My family and I are thinking of moving to Plattsburgh NY. I am an RN with 10+ years experience and would like to know if there are jobs in that area and also is it possible to work in Canada and live in US. Any pros or cons to living in this area? Thank you for any advice.

Kansas - both my husband and I grew up in KS, we are in our early 50's and are ready for a change, and we both love upstate NY. but I don't know much about jobs etc for RN's.
