A few years ago I posted my A&P notes and they seemed to help a lot of people who were struggling with that beast of a class. I also have my Med/Surg I and II notes typed up and will try to post the smaller files here. Please forgive typos...sometimes I type fast and "the" becomes "teh" more often than not!
Hmmm...I am having trouble getting files to upload....it says they're too big. I will see if I can make them smaller...in the meantime, feel free to message me and I can send them to you or let you know when they are posted.
Thank you so much Polka-dot. If there are others, please email to [email protected] if you don't mind. Thank you!
Do you still have those anatomy notes? Could I get those med surg 1&2 notes? If you still have anatomy notes could you please send those with med surg. I know it's a lot to ask and I'm just a stranger, but I could really use the help!! Please and thank you Soo much! I really appreciate it more than you know.

Our first Med/Surg class relied heavily on case studies....some of the notes I have are based off these case studies and may reference a fictitious patient (lab values and PMH). In some cases, I have the case study/patient history included with the notes, other times I don't. Even when it's not there, I think there's still a ton of helpful information in there. Hope that helps!
I also should let you know that you will see the acronym LATTE used in some of the case studies...this is a devise I came up with to organize my thinking.
L = what will the patient LOOK like (how do they present?)
A = what ASSESSMENTS will you perform?
T = what TESTs (labs, diagnostics, etc) will you anticipate the doc ordering, and how will you prep pt for those tests?
T = what TREATMENTS will you provide?
E = how will you EDUCATE the patient?
Hope that helps...and be warned if you are printing these...the FINAL CASE STUDIES is 80 pages long ;-)
