If anyone knows of any great tutorial websites on EKG interpretation could I be privy to their knowledge? There are EKG strips that we are suppose to interpret for clinicals. The problem I am having is that REAL patient EKGS do not look like the testbook cases we are learning in class. Any help would be highly appreciated.
thanks

It seems to me that if the QRS is wide, then it's a ventricular problem. If the QRS is narrow, it's an atrial problem. After figuring that out, it made it rather easier to figure out the rest of the problem.
Is this a trustworthy method of determining atrial v. ventrical?
EDIT: Ha, I should have read the whole thread. The poster above me basically said the same thing. Go me.
