Sorry, don't understand most of your questions. Certification as a what? Certified nurses aid? Go to a community college or four year college. Talk to a guidance counselor. Tell them what you want to be and get in writing what classes or credentialing will transfer to Arizona. If you can't see a counselor unless you are enrolled in school sign up for any basic education class, English, History, etc., you will need those for any nursing degree, then make an appointment with a counselor. "New age training" is not a recognized nursing field.

LOL! Maybe they do "new age" nursing in NYC!!!
But, seriously, ItiSeasy, what certification are you asking about?
CNA? EKG? it can help me get a better position in my hospital maybe help me out in the west later on
OK, you should check with your local community college about a CNA program. That would be a good way to get experience with patient care.
thank you!
