History of lyme disease, malaria, and God knows what else I've picked up in my travels. I feel I've taken this as far as my body will let me.
I work at a very large hospital, physically speaking and I walk about seven miles every shift. Not to mention lifting, carrying, etc.
I've got two years ICU experience (it's a second career, body was already kind of on a downward trend).
Any suggestions for career paths? I do want to go back to school.
Thanks

Since you want to go back to school, I would think that there would plenty of choices. Clinical research? Nursing informatics?

May I ask what your first career was? You most likely have the requirements to work for local and major insurance companies ... in case management, disease management and utilization management.
Start by researching specialties here on AN and the major job boards for those positions.
Good luck:up:

Consider outpatient nursing. It's not 100% desk work, but it is much less physically labor-intensive.
