I used that book briefly. I found it 2 weeks before I was to take my test so I really didn't have time to take advantage of all the questions. I really used it only for the 4 comp test in the back which helped a bunch. Depending on how much time you have I would recommend starting with your weakest subject and moving forward from there. Good luck!

It's under "PERFACE" subtopic "USING THIS REVIEW PACKAGE FOR PREPARING FOR NURSING EXAMS" where it has mention that "if you answered more than 75% of the items in an area correctly, you are most likely prepared to answer questions in that area on NCLEX-RN"

This is one of the main books I used to study. I did the majority of med/surg and maybe 2 maternity test. I also did 3 of the comprehensive test on the back. I fell like it was similar to nclex.

does the 75% applies to the comprehensive practice tests? I only have a few days, and I'm planning to complete just those test..
That is what mentioned in the book. "if you answered more than 75% of the items in an area correctly, you are most likely prepared to answer questions in that area on NCLEX-RN"

Do the questions in the Lippincott book compare to nclex more than Kaplan? Which one is better Lippincott or Kaplan in your opinion?
