Hi, I-140 filed 25th Nov 2006 at Nebraska, when I checked online it states file updated on 29th Dec but no change in status yet.......guess I'm in for a long wait:smackingf

My petition was filed June 28th. How long does it usually take for an approval after the additional evidence is submitted? Will I need to wait another 7 months for the approval? That's quite a long time.

No you won't. They will just wait for those additional evidences to be submitted. The moment they have it and everything is in order then expect them to approve it (or deny). It will be now up to how fast your lawyers responds and give those additional documents.

I wonder how many months does Nebraska approved I-140 coz mine was filed last Aug 1 and still no approval yet.

took them nearly 8 months, wow long time

A friend of mine took about 6-7 months.

I think now we are getting a rough est. of how long does Nebraska process I-140s.
